Rustic cottage with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, designed to accommodate a small group of 15 to 18 (maximum 20) guests in a particularly friendly setting. Very large living / dining room and large covered terrace.

This unique cottage is located in the centre of the estate, in the old farm (GG).

Note: This gite is located in the main farmhouse. It is very convenient for taking part in the various organized activities but is therefore a little less calm in summer than the other accommodations further away.

Bedroom with 2 single beds and bunk beds, bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds, bedroom with a double bed communicating with bedroom with bunk beds, bedroom with 1 single bed and a double bed + 1 bunk bed, bedroom with a double bed, very large dining / living room (with double sofa bed), fully equipped separate kitchen (dishwasher, large cooker with gas burners and electric oven, microwave oven, large fridge), twin showers room with sink, bathroom with bath/shower and sink, shower room with sink and toilet, two separate toilets, very large covered terrace with table for 20 people.

The sofa-bed brings flexibility depending on the family composition, but the units are most suitable for the indicated capacity. The upper bed of bunk beds is not allowed for children under 6 years.
Note : surfaces are in m² SHON, with walls, without terraces.

All units are fully furnished and equipped and have a terrace (porch) with outdoor furniture. They also have a mini HiFi system or at least a combined clock-radio-CD.
Free Internet (Wi-Fi) available everywhere.
Bed linen and towels can be provided. TV and DVD player available for rent.
Laundry facilities available to guests at a small charge (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board).

Final cleaning optional (Cat.M) : 200 €.
