Small house with 1 bedroom for 2 (maximum 4) guests very pleasantly located at 100 m from the centre of life. Nice terrace overlooking a meadow where the sun rises in the morning for breakfast.

We offer 2 houses of this type. They are located in the "G" part of the estate, at the South (A1 and A2).

Description :

One bedroom with a double bed, dining / living room (with double sofa bed), equipped open kitchen (hot plates, oven, microwave oven, fridge), shower room with sink and toilet, covered terrace.

The sofa-bed brings flexibility depending on the family composition, but the units are most suitable for the indicated capacity.
Note : surfaces are in m² SHON, with walls, without terraces.

All units are fully furnished and equipped and have a terrace (porch) with outdoor furniture. They also have a mini HiFi system or at least a combined clock-radio-CD.
Free Internet (Wi-Fi) available everywhere.
Bed linen and towels can be provided. TV and DVD player available for rent.
Laundry facilities available to guests at a small charge (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board).

Final cleaning optional (Cat.C) : 45 €.
