We strongly advise you to subscribe to this insurance which will enable you to be:

Reimbursed for the unused period should you be forced to cancel or interrupt your holiday,
Covered for damage caused by fire, explosion or water. To be insured for tenant’s liability is mandatory under French law.

Be careful: you have 10 days from your rental confirmation to subscribe the insurance.

Personal liability: Material damage to the property belonging to the owner of the rented accommodation due to fire, explosion or water.	Limited to 1 525 000€. Limited to 2 500€ with a deductible of 75€.
